Carrie Peterson

Carrie joined Love the Journey's team in March of 2022. She has worked with ARMHS since December of 2015 and is responsible for the development of Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services at Love the Journey Counseling. Carrie is passionate about meeting people wherever they are and helping them to reach their fullest potential.
Carrie graduated from the University of Phoenix in 2015 with a bachelor's degree in psychology. Carrie is currently continuing her education to obtain her Master's degree in Counseling.

Carrie began working in ARMHS in 2015 and fell in love with helping people. She is driven by her desire to meet people where they are and to understand and support them. Carrie strives to see individuals succeed.

Carrie has a goal of developing community programming in our community and is currently working to develop Child therapeutic services and supports (CTSS).
Outside of Love the Journey, Carrie loves spending time with her children and her grandchildren. She enjoys going on vacation to "warm places." She enjoys reading, watching movies, and playing Bingo.
