Who are we?
In 2014, following the call placed on Lori Petersen, MS LMFT's life, Lori opened Love the Journey in a small office in Mora, MN.
Our growth...
In 2018, after four years of service to the community, Love the Journey outgrew the small office space it had. Following this growth, and desiring to continue to offer professional services but in a relaxed and comfortable fashion, Love the Journey moved into a house behind Sportsman's cafe, right off of Highway 65. This allowed us to be offer services from a convenient and easy-to-get-to location.

In 2020, two years later, Love the Journey more than tripled in size and was once again in the need of expansion. Due to the high volume of individuals from Pine County commuting to Mora, Love the Journey was expanded to Hinckley, MN, in order to offer healing and restoration to families in that community and the surrounding area.

In the summer of 2022, Love the Journey expanded once again to begin offering Adult Rehabilitive Mental Health Services (ARMHS) in order to be better equipped to serve these communities. This way we could meet individuals where they are at; in their homes and in the community.

In 2023, we have expanded to Bemidji, MN. Services are now available at this location as of September 2023 in order to help meet the needs of the residents of this area.
